WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Shipping time for custom and handmade pieces may take longer. You can find this information in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking My Account and then My Orders.

 

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time, Carrolls does not have the capability to ship internationally. However, we are currently investing in the infrastructure that would allow us to ship anywhere in the world. If you need international shipping, please contact us at sales@carrollsjewelers.com, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

 

CAN I GET MY ORDER EXPEDITED?

IF I ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE. CAN I EXCHANGE IT OR HAVE IT RESIZED?

Carrolls will exchange an unused piece of jewelry for the right size within 30 days. Also, Carroll's offers free resizing on jewelry for a period of one to five years, depending on the specific item. Please contact us at services@carrollsjewelers.com for any exchange or resizing needs.

 

DO YOU HAVE ANY SPECIALS OR DISCOUNT CODES?

We do have different specials going on throughout the year! Please call or email us directly. We occasionally run promotions from time to time. Still, we usually do not list discount or promotional codes on our website. It's best to call directly for the latest specials.

 

IS MY PACKAGE DELIVERY SECURE?

Yes, we ensure all shipments equalling or exceeding the amount of the items purchased. All purchases over $500 will require a signature. All orders from Carroll's are shipped in a normal unbranded box for your security. 

 

ARE MY DIAMONDS COVERED AGAINST FALLING OUT?

Carroll's offers repairs, free cleanings, resizing, and many more services included with your purchase. Depending on your specific item(s) and needs, these services are available to you for a number of years. we can extend this please contact us at services@carrollsjewelers.com for any exchange or resizing needs. (up to 10 years, how many years?)

 

CAN CARROLL'S CREATE A CUSTOM PIECE OF JEWELRY FOR ME?
