WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days (M-F) of purchase. Shipping time for custom and handmade pieces may take longer. You can find this information in the product description. When your order ships, we will email you a confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive the email. Additionally, you can find the tracking number by clicking My Account and then My Orders.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, Carrolls does not have the capability to ship internationally. However, we are currently investing in the infrastructure that would allow us to ship anywhere in the world. If you need international shipping, please contact us at sales@carrollsjewelers.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.

IS MY PACKAGE DELIVERY SECURE?
Yes, we ensure all shipments equalling or exceeding the amount of the items purchased. All purchases over $500 will require a signature. All orders from Carroll's are shipped in a normal unbranded box for your security.
